V-PBX® is a virtual replacement for the expensive, traditional PBX system. You are assigned a local telephone number and 10 mailbox extensions. Callers dial the main number and are presented with your personal greeting. After entering the appropriate extension, callers are connected to the person they're trying to reach, whether it is on their cell or home number. Callers are given the impression that they are calling into a physical office building.
> V-FAX
V-Fax® is a virtual fax service for receiving incoming faxes. Callers fax to your V-Office® fax number and faxes are forwarded to your designated email address, in PDF format. Excellent for those who need access to their faxes remotely or who are tired of wasting paper on unsolicited junk faxes.
> V-MAILBOX
V-Mailbox® is an individual, advanced voice mailbox. Callers dial your assigned V-Office® telephone number and are greeted with your personalized message. After leaving a message, you are notified via email or SMS page. Once notified, you can check your messages via email or remotely, using a personalized pin code.
> V-CONFERENCE
V-Conference® allows you to call into our password-protected, reservation-less conference call service. Each conference is secured with a PIN code. Your guests can access the conference via a local V-Office® number or Toll-free* (additional charges may apply) number. All conferences have the ability to be recorded for distribution or playback at a later date.
> V-FINDER
V-Finder® is a feature that enables mobility! Caller dial your V-Office® number and the call is simultaneously sent to as many as three phone numbers, so you¹ll never miss a call. Callers are presented with on-hold music while being transferred. Voicemail messages can be retrieved remotely by telephone or can be delivered to your email. Great for anyone on the go.
