Located in Atlanta, GA, V-Office, LLC is a privately held company specializing in virtual technical solutions for SOHO (Small Office Home Office) and small to medium-size businesses. V-Office is committed to the long-term success of our clients, via cost-effective solutions such has our Virtual PBX services, IT/network design and consulting, conference call services, and Web hosting. These services provide solutions to the day-to-day common business tasks, allowing clients to re-focus and concentrate on developing and selling their revenue-generating products and/or services, thus growing their business.

V-Office is backed with over 25 years of industry experience. We have designed and implemented hundreds of IP installations, including network designs and telephony solutions for various customers, including Motels.com, Homevestors and Alberty Community Lighthouse.
V-Office utilizes open-source technologies that offer our customers stable solutions with continual development by the leading companies worldwide. An open-source foundation allows quick modular development of components which fill the customer's technical demands as they arise. Our open-source solutions are affordable, reliable, and scalable.
The Management Team
Michael Thomas, co-founder, is responsible for Finance and business development. His experience spans across different industries, including television, computer, music, EDI and transportation. Prior to founding V-Office, Michael spent 8 years at Harbinger/Inovis as a Sr. Systems Unix/Windows administrator and Sr. Network Engineer. He has over 15 years of business and computer experience. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications/Marketing from Ball State University, Muncie, IN. He also attended Berklee College of Music on a classical flute scholarship.
Ricardo Paul, co-founder, is responsible for sales and marketing. Prior to founding V-Office, Ricardo worked 8 years at Harbinger/Inovis as a Sr. Network engineer and traveled worldwide implementing multi-million dollar technical solutions. Ricardo has several years experience in the e-Commerce industry and in-depth knowledge in GSM (Global Systems for Mobile Communications). Ricardo has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from DeVry University, Atlanta, GA and a member of Tua Alpha Pi Engineering Society.
Andrew Klang, co-founder, oversees all aspects of the infrastructure and V-Office’s technical solutions. Andrew has over 10 years of Linux and telephony experience and extensive knowledge in programming and has written voicemail systems for 50,000 user installations. Prior to founding V-Office, Andrew formed Alkaloid Networks, specializing in datacenter design and technical consulting. Andrew was 2003 winner of Defcon’s RootFu and winner or the 2004 Interz0ne RootFu competitions.
